Web Design & SEO
Built to Get You Onto the Shortlist
Websites for wedding venues, built around the way couples go about choosing one: slowly, carefully, and mostly on their phones.
We are based in Devon and work with venues across the UK. Booking a wedding venue is a big decision, and couples rarely pick the first place they see. They look, compare, come back, and read everything you have put online before they get in touch.
Get Your Free Site AuditMost couples start looking a year or more ahead, and they visit your website more than once. First to see if the place looks right. Then to check whether you can fit their numbers and their date. Then to work out roughly what it costs and what is included. Then to see photos of real weddings that have happened there.
A website that only handles the first of those loses people at the second. Plenty of venue sites are beautiful and stop there, lovely photos and a contact form, but nothing that answers the questions a couple needs answered before they get in touch. The venues that get the enquiry are the ones that let a couple get most of the way to a decision on their own.
What We Do
Website design & build
A website that shows the venue at its best on a big screen and still works on a phone late at night, which is when a lot of the looking happens.
Enquiry and brochure setup
Enquiry forms that gather what you need without putting people off, brochure downloads that give you a contact to follow up, and your booking or viewing system connected.
Local SEO
Being found for the searches couples make, which are nearly always a type of venue plus a place, through local search terms and your Google Business Profile.
Technical SEO
The behind the scenes work, site speed and structure, that decides whether Google can find and rank you.
Very few couples search for a venue by name. They search for a type and a place: barn wedding venue Devon, coastal wedding venue Cornwall, small wedding venue near Exeter. Then they narrow it down by what matters to them, somewhere to stay on site, dog friendly, room for their numbers.
Each of those is a page you could be found for, and most venues have not written any of them. Photos of real weddings do the other half of the work, because they show couples what a day at your venue looks like, which is what they are trying to picture.
Talk & plan
A conversation about the venue, how many you can host, how your year runs, and where enquiries come from now, then a clear scope and a fixed quote.
Audit & strategy
We look at how you show up next to the venues couples compare you with, and start with the gaps worth closing first.
Design, build & optimise
Clean, fast build with the SEO groundwork included, tested across devices before it goes live.
Launch & support
We go live, get you showing up in search, and leave you able to add new weddings and update your dates yourself.
Barns and farm venues, country houses, coastal venues, marquee and dry hire sites, small venues for intimate weddings, and venues with rooms for guests to stay. Some come for a first website, some for the search work behind one they already have, most for both.
Yes, and you should. It is the content that does the most work and it needs to go up while the photographs are fresh. We build it so adding one takes minutes.
